Hello there my rocking friends in Bath. And how are we this week?

Okay all, this is a few weeks away but heres the heads-up, there will be more details to follow.

Discord will be giving away a pair of tickets for this years V2005 festival on Thursday August 4th. Winning them is the tricky bit, heres what you gotta do.... drink booze. Basically the good folk at Bacradi will be coming down on Thursday August 4th, everytime you buy a Bacardi Breezer you will be given a Lime Burster (small popping toy) when it pops you will find out if you have won a prize or not, there are a ton of prizes that will be given out all night, everything from drinks upwar, one lucky person will win 2 FREE tickets to this years V2005 by the end of the evening which they acn use to go to either:

So there it is, not bad at all, just come down early on Thursday August 4th and get drinking the more Bacardi Breezers you buy, the more chances you have at winning!!  But of course this is in a few weeks time, so there is plenty of time to get some practise in before the event as Discord rocks every Thursday night @ Babylon. And don't forget that you get free entry to the club, b4 10pm, with one of new colour flyers

After lasts weeks rather hot afair we are promised to be chilled to the bone as Babylon now has it's Air-Con system up and running - so rocking out in comfort. Over the next few months we will be running a string of special events on the lead up to "PROJECT MAYHEM" Discord's 5th Birthday in October. These will be monthly events starting on July 28th with an awesome show down between Resident Dave Remix and Stalwart of the Alt.Bath Scene jams.

This week sees the start of the Discord pre-club at the Hobgoblin with itBoy and Beanz DJing in the downstairs Crypt Bar from 8pm onwards.

Also This Saturday coming (July 15th) sees the start of the Stamp Out Disco in the Hobgoblin's Crypt Bar where Remix, itBoy, Beanz and Guest DJs will be throwing down a massive mix of alternative tuneage in Bath's only Weekly Saturday Alternative Night

Hey kids,
I've just finished the first installment of "No One Listens to Ska Anymore". You can check it out here. I'll have the first installment of "The Glasstone Hour" up in the next day or two.
